NDIS Wizard Demo's NDIS Wizard is the private operations system of NDIS Wizard Demo (an NDIS and aged-care support provider), built and run for them by Ozzie AI. Only NDIS Wizard Demo's staff, and families they invite, can sign in.
What it reads. Rosters, participant records, staff records, invoices and incidents from NDIS Wizard Demo's Astalty account, and, when NDIS Wizard Demo connects it, files in NDIS Wizard Demo's Google Drive or OneDrive (read-only).
Where it is kept. In NDIS Wizard Demo's own database in Sydney, Australia. Access keys are encrypted and never shown in the app.
The AI assistant. When someone asks the Wizard a question, a copy of the relevant data with every participant and worker name replaced by an ID number is sent to Claude in Amazon Bedrock, running in NDIS Wizard Demo's own AWS account in Sydney, Australia. The data does not go to Anthropic, and Amazon does not use it to train models to draft an answer.
The spoken voice. When the Wizard reads an answer aloud, the text is turned into speech in Sydney, Australia, by Amazon Polly in the AWS Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), inside the same AWS account that hosts the Wizard; if that is switched off, the open-source Piper engine runs on our own server instead. The text never leaves Australia and is not used to train any voice. Recently spoken answers are kept on that server for a short time so they play faster, and are cleared automatically. If the server voice is off, your own browser or device reads the text instead.
NDIS plans and documents. To write shift notes against each participant's goals and to record support facts, the participant's NDIS plan and care documents from NDIS Wizard Demo's drive are sent to Claude in Amazon Bedrock, running in NDIS Wizard Demo's own AWS account in Sydney, Australia. The data does not go to Anthropic, and Amazon does not use it to train models, which returns the goals and facts as written. Card and licence numbers on staff certificates are not recorded.
Drive data. Data from Google Drive or OneDrive is used only to show NDIS Wizard Demo their own files inside the Wizard and to link documents to the right participant or worker. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.
